Preparation for Gobhi Paratha: Make dough out of whole-wheat flour atta, as you would do for any paratha/roti. Mix grated cauliflower, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain, chili powder, salt, and garam masala it and pour half tablespoon oil or butter.
