Well take her/him out even if for a walk instead of moping around at home.. And best way is to encourage friend to involve herself/himself in an activity to help someone.For instance, volunteer good counsellor....i think this could help a depressed man to come out...I can u suggest u somthin for this case. U know u will hv to just take a good care of her/him 1st. N after that just try so realise
