hi abhishek....if u really wana get up early or on a specific time on ur own without an alarm try this out....just before going to sleep see what time it is and tell ur self that u want to get up at this particular time...repeat that in ur mind for 3-4 times and go to sleep...ull get up next morning on time u thought of....i know it sounds wierd but u c human body has got its own biological clock...i don know
