to use any of the public places... You have to contact the Mayor of the city to do so......PERMISSION IS MANDATORY NOT ONLY IN MUMBAI BUT EVERYWHERE...has to take permission yaar...no...yes...it depends...YES...NO...Yes, its allowed...... but you have to take permission from the beach authority. For small party you dont have to be permitted, but for big party, you have to take permission, and have to obey the rules
