Garba is a very graceful farm of dance among the Gujarathis and it is performed on 9 nights. We play because earth goddess Amba Mata the bestowing strength and power against the forces of evil...Garba, Chudidar and a Turban....Garba is a dance form followed by Gujaratis during Navaratri festival. It might have started as worship, praising the Goddess by singing & dancing.
