Why did u gave draft inspite of cash? This must have given some doubt full to dealer that it may not be fraud. Inspite of giveing 20,000 cash u r paying 20200 as a method of draft. July is the best month to visit darjeeling and gangtok as there wont be much cold and rain have only just started. Availability of rail/bus/air tickets will be an added advantage as vacations are over. Also, hotels rooms would be cheaper....yes you can...........i went there last year........its fant
