This is only a measure by government but the most important thing for this is public awareness about this. Who is polluting Ganga ? we the sons who called her Maa. When Sant Seenchwal can do the same for Kali river in Punjab then why it can not be done for Ganga ? That was his efforts and public movement / kar seva started by him and no one from govt. was there. We the people of India can do what we want
