Knowledge processing out sources is KPO. It has got good future only in India. In over seas knowledged person demands more money for this. At the same time indians are satisfied with the money what of processing a credit card. Credit card is must in the forgien countries unlike india. So we dont need to afraid about the future for these jobs.
