No, I do not think that it is permanent solution. It is a shortcut method to reduce the fat but as soon as you stop tthe use of it ,the fat starts getting collected again with double speed . Actually workout is a proper method to reduce weight. I suggest you to avoid junk food like burger, pizza etc

To be very honest, neither sona belt nor sona bath, works if you are looking for weight loss or inch loss. Sona companies shows there are a lot of sweat on the belly after using this belt, but the fact is, before using the belt , models do drink a lot of water and there is a lot of humidity in air which causes the sweating. But the fact that only sweating does not lead to permanent weight loss

Hi sauna belt would give you temporary result. It also may have some side effects like skin allergy or you may bur the skin due to heat. The best option to reduce excess weight is to a healthy diet differnce. for that u really hav to work out, i know some of my friendz who hav tried sauna belt without any succes.pls keep in touch ,then i can giv u better solutions....All it does is make you sweatA lot

Not a very safe device has known to cause accidents. Plus no benefits derived from it....absoultely not ... it will reduce your wieght but when u stop doint it u regain the lost wieght...If used carefully and handled with care then they are safe to use. But the results are reversible.

It may be giving results but the results are temporary. Chances of gaining the weight back are very high....Sauna belt is not a very good option.If you want to lose weight please exercise and follow a balanced diet. Sauna belts have shown to cause problems.

in shape. I know i was a victim of the sauna belt thing before. This is coming from a guy who was about 115 kgs till a about 2 months and now i weight 93 kgs. try these sauna belts. what they do is heat op the specific area of the stomach, turning the fat into a more liquid state and thus more usable.. after using the belt for the specified time, try doing..
