To lower the temp you might do the exact opposite of overclocking underclocking?, slow down your CPU and BUS speeds. If your using an oem fan and heat sink they generally noisy.Your cpu fan is controled by the system bios by monitoring cpu temp.I do not like the noise either so I installed an aftermarket heat sink and fan with a large fan 92-120mm fan.the larger fan turns at a slower speed creating less noise but producing the same cooling capacity or better.If you go this route you may have to go into system bios

silveri Firstly you can take a look at improving your cooling solution. This could be simply a bigger and better fan. A heatsink with better spread technology or you could check out other types of cooling at our CPU cooling article. How can u change the website page format .You cannot.U can delete a friend.Do not know hw to delete fans....Al you have to delete the blurb by that friend...I am also facing the same problem, but you cannot remove a fan. I guess, for the sake of our fans we have to go through certain inconveniences!

Basically processors contains high quality variable speed fan which allows the processor to remain within its operating thermal specifications by running at different speeds over a short range of internal chassis temperatures. If internal chassis temperatures increase beyond a lower set point, the fan speed will rise and thus makes noise. So itll be suggested to keep your system in cool conditions
