well, see when u format ur drive at boot, then u format ur drive but u dont give more time to scan and detect the drive.so it is better for u that u have no windows installed into ur F: drive because ur windows satrt and u dont open F: drive so, just right click on ur F: drive and select format and then click on START and after some time ur F: drive formated and then close format and then right
