It sounds like there is a conflicting add-on causing the issue. Try this: 1. Open Internet Explorer 7 2. Select Tools 3. Select Manage Add-ons 4. From here, try disabling each add-on one by one until a message that states: "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close". I have tried to reset IE7 back to the original default settings but that doesnt work
