Can children outgrow seizures?

My frend has epilepsy so i am very familiar with seizures. Many do outgrow them especially if they had very few and were at a young age when they began. Although for others they dont outgrow them or not they have epilepsy. Most of the children will out grow this slowly. Again it all depends on the type of the epilepsy. taking long term medications will effect . anti-convulsant medications...good percentage
