very nice plan...IT WOULD BE A GREAT THOUGHT.......you can approach some good companies....de would surely sponsor this and would be helpful in creating awareness...its a great thought, but be 100 not be driven continuosly more than a specified Km as per manufacturers declaration. Also are you aware about the manufacturers guidelines that the contaminated batteries used are eco freindly and does not harm

enviromental awareness is very less in India within India your jobs are assured.
