Basically english medium students are better as they are trained with good english language.They are taught in that medium,speak and write basically in english.The students from vernacular maybe poor in speech but may do better in written skills....Yes they ideally should be , Tho it would depend upon the environment in which they live majorly i.e is it english or vernacular speaking .. to my mind today
