Basically english medium students are better as they are trained with good english language.They are taught in that medium,speak and write basically in english.The students from vernacular maybe poor in speech but may do better in written skills....Yes they ideally should be , Tho it would depend upon the environment in which they live majorly i.e is it english or vernacular speaking .. to my mind today

Best institute is the British school of language. Its at Kasturba Gadhi Marg,Canaught Place. All other institute are of no use. However if you really want to improve your English start reading Readers Digest, loudly and make sure you look for the meanings which you dont know. its a long process but the solid way to learn English. If you cant speak English with some one conversate with yourself
