There are lot of emotions involved in kissing. I kiss my wife with love, my daughter with love of father, to my mom with love of son, my nephews & nieces with love of uncle, etc. And in my opinion there is no separate emotions for lower lip & upper lip, because to kiss you need to join both the lips. Hi mallika, the first step in controlling negative emotion is to BE AWARE of these emotions. the very instant you feel anything negative, its best to CONCIOUSLY start thinking of something postive WANT it to do. in your case you should conciously tell your mind to develop postive emotions. e.g. if you are feeling SAD, say to yourself I AM HAPPY, force yourself to smile. try THIS for 21 days
