Mayawati CM of UP has rightly rebuked BJP and Congress Party for their branding her party as castiest party attempting to divide the society. Both parties Congress and BJP have taken help of BSP in formation of the Government in the past. As per her version she cannot be and should not be treated as castiest party only because she is demanding quota for poor among forward castes. Rather she told that she has implemented policy of reservation 10 each for SC , ST, Minorities and weaker sections of upper castes in new industrial units or projects in UP. She appealed Sri Manmohan Singh PM to follow the suit which was declined by Mr. Singh. It is not out of place to mention here that in the recent past Bahujan Samaj Party BSP under the leadership of Mayawati had formed the Government in UP in partner ship with BJP. At that time she did not treat BJP as communal party. But before formation of the partnership and even after breaking of partnership, Ms Mayawati did not hesitate to blame BJP as non-secular party. Not only BSP, even Trinamool Congress party fought election in the state of West Bengal along with BJP and during that time she considered BJP as the most suitable party for formation of government in West Bengal or in the country. But when she lost the election she started worshiping Congress Party. After a few month of honeymoon with Congress party she again joined hands with NDA. And now again she has discarded NDA. Whenever BJP is in partner of that party she treats them as secular and when she discards BJP she does not hesitate to term the same party as communal party. To gain Muslim sympathy she can go to any extent. Not only BSP or Trinamool but even many other party joined hands with BJP for formation of the government and praised BJP as the most patriot party. For the first timein 1978 theyincluding RJD,SP,AIADMK and many others formed Janta Party taking the help of the then Jansangh party and for the last time in the name of NDA many small and big parties about 20 parties joined hands with Bhartiya Janta Party to form the government at the centre. They all enjoyed BJP and its leaders like Mr. Vajpayee and Mr. Adwani. When BJP appears to be weak due to internal problems of the party , all so-called secular party have again started to treat themselves as the secular party and BJP as the most communal party.Even those parties which have been formed by hard core Jansanghis and strong leaders of BJP Kalyan Singh in UP and Mr. Baghela in Gujrat after breaking away from BJP was considered secular when Congress party needed help of some group in formation of the government in Gujarat. Not only this, even the DMK party in Tamilnadu accused of hatching of conspiracy or cooperating with killer of Rajiv Gandhi became partner with the Sonia Gandhi in formation of the government at the centre. And Congress Party will not hesitate to declare the same Mr. Karunanidhi of DMK as killer as soon as he dissociates himself with UPA and sits in opposition group. This is Indian style of politics. Aya Ram Gaya Ram is the slogan of leaders. All are the birds of the same feather. To occupy powerful post ,to become minister in the government, to form the government our leaders as also our political party or group of some individuals like In Jharkhand are always ready to switch over loyalty from one party to other. They do not have any ideals or principles or and manifesto which they are bound to adhere. The one and only point of attraction in the eyes of eagle is money and money power only. Therefore before accusing others, BSP is advised to first introspect and go deep into her own heart to assess how far she has cheated other parties, helped officials to spread and enhance the area of corrupt practices and how much she blamed forward parties in the past. The same Mayawati left no ugly words to curse and blame leaders of forward caste before recent UP election and now without any shame she talks of t

Does the declaration of fuel price cut after assembly elections a fit case for election code of conduct violation?

Yes it is a clear violation of the election code of conduct. They were telling that the government may not do it now and they would wait and watch and all. Now when the elections are on they try to show that only this election code of conduct was the impediment in reducing the fuel price and once this elections are over they would do it.
