no never...You wont be in position to drink more then needed water ! Not only that if you eat more then your body can intake you will feel like vomiting ! You will feel the exess water/food as taste-less ! Other wise depending on climatic conditions, you will need to drink more water, eg if you are travelling in desert unprotacted....Drinking 8-10 glasses of water is quite essential for ur body. however

Go on enjoy have another Peg or too.It really helps believe me....To avoid Hangover, you need to start working on it while you are drinking. Dont drink on an empty stomach. Eat before you drink. When drinking drink lots of water. Eat Cheese while drinking..... Dont sleep as soon as you drink. Wait atleast 1-2 hours before sleeping Which is hard to do...
