If a person has never had any visual memories taht mean blind from birth thn the person can not dream. but yes if a blind had some visual memories in past than he can dream and imagine.

add other 2 Ds-dedication and discipline.....ull achieve ur dreams.......Try to change the caliber of the dreams.
