get waiver of that period from court...You must go for t if there is no other soluton to it....I think u should wait a little more and 4 months is a very short period and try to sort out the differences.Divorce problem I can help you out...No court would grant you divorce even if it is mutual within 5 years of marriage. 4 month is too short a period for anybody to understand each other.
