Divorce can be made mutually. This is very simple. Both husband and wife can go to court of law. After preparing necessary legal respective declarations separately through advocates and affixing appropriate stamp duty, can be signed and registered.But for an aggrieved divorce there are certain conditions from both sides. This is no apuja and ritual uestion. Second one needs to stay seperately from the wife for an year and can have a legal seperation followed by a divorce. If however the man and wife stay seperately for 7 years without matching then he can get a divorce....There are legal ways to proceed on this, how evwer I do not thing it would be right for me to guide you on this over here as it may be against
