It isnt possible to disable local drives, you can only hide them at best, but there are always ways around it. Group Policy is the best option, on a stand-alone PC its not as straight forward though

Thats quite okay. For some classes we cant use CGLIB for property access, so we have to fall back to reflection. This will have a very minor effect upon performance. CGLIBs MetaClass cant access final properties or nonpublic properties.

This is happening because Norton is running its own firewall program. You shouldnt run two firewalls on one computer system. They do not co-exist well at all....just disable the norton firewall.
