we cant say answer 2 ur question..bcoz they r valuable in their own fields...diploma has more job oppertunities than degree.so as far as jobs concerned diploma is best..for degree v have 2 go 4 higher studies..then only we can get placed in better position..this is my openion....Diplomas on a general level are the shorter versions of the degree course.
