it depends on person and his performance,interest....yes, degree courses are valuable than diploma courses if they are doing by famous universities or institutes but if u have done diploma courses from reputed institute than it is more valuable than degree courses completed from some unknown institutes....In most of the subjects surely the degree is more valuable than diploma.
