Actually for someone who seeks job immediately on the completion of the course, Diploma in Engineering is suggested as its usually ends just after 3 years once finished SSLC/10th. well, in Diploma you have to read all 2 sc subject like Physics,chemistry,Mathematics. Same lab like chem in 2 sc.So if somebody will join diploma after 2sc it will be easy to catch up the course as you have to do Engg Drawing and workshop like carpentry etc....in Diploma you have to read all 2 sc subject like Physics,chemistry,Mathematics. I think Bsc in IT would have more weightage then Diploma. Many of the companies still discourages diploma holders but prefers Degree holders.
