if they wanted to but other than that like blogging social networking and chatting are safe and are not policed properly unless u post some sensitive content including politics....Well , Cyber crime is indeed a matter of concern.However you cant compare it with other crimes like Murder ,etc.It is relatively a new kind of crime.Cyber crime is the latest and perhaps the most complicated problem in the cyber world
