I think that the no new player who have not played domestic cricket so far will join ICL...ICL will have to take those player who has been a little bit successful in the domestic or international indirectly help the Indian Cricket....Lets hope so too...well i think the coming of icl will awaken BCCI so ultimately it will benefit cricket...yes definetly. ICL may not change Indian cricket completely
