Police is not the final person to take the action,u can go to higher authorities of police dept. or u contact a lawyer file a case againest the concerned person in court....Under this situation, people have only one choice - go to court. I always wonder, is police not accountable to anybody? It is the duty and responsibility of police to protect citizens and to take action against law violators
