if your contracter get registered as 2nd stage dealer and issue invoice in your favor then you may be, but the goods must quality the status of "inputs" or "capital goods"

Analyse the reason... if its because of you then try to convince him and get the work done accepting his commitments. If its his fault, first talk to him politely on whats the issue, if he agrees then ok else then simply lodge a law suit against him through your lawyer and send him the notice....spr

hi i want to know about wct what is realation of wct and vat

can not be imposed eparately on Contractor and Sub Contrcator. If the sub-contractor is paying WCT/VAT on his turnover then the main contrcator will get relief on his related turnover. If main contractor s paying tax on his entire wc, sub contractor will not be liable for WCT/VAT. However, there may some prescribed rules and procedure for establishing the fact.There is no special act for works
