But, instead what is good for the Indian team. BCCI has appointed a lot of Indian coaches in the past, and some of them have delivered also

Actually a coach should have the capability to induce winning spirits in the mind of players. No matter from which country he is from. He should have the capacity to train the players well and upto indian team doesnt need a coach but just an advisor and recently have shown that a bit of assistance from the retired player is sufficient for the victory....I will go with the Indian coach only because he

The most important quality you need to coach is enthusiasm.People respond brilliantly to an eager, hard working leader.Obviously, it will take a number of years to build up coaching skills and experience and a good reputation. As with any job, there are downsides to coaching.Coaches tend to work unsociable and long hours, as most training and competitions take place outside normal working hours

YES, BUT NOT LIKE PAST ONE. THE COACH WILL HELP INDIA IMPROVE FIELDING, BATTING UNDER PRESSURE AND BOWLING...We have different coaches for different area. Main coachs post is vacant and I think Manger can do that....Though the present arrangement of collective responsibility for coaching seems to help the captain with a little more autonomy, a regular coach will do wonders when the chips are down. I dont think that india need a coach from abroad specially look at performence of the team in last one year or so they are performing well with help from past players like Rajput etc. Further coach....I think what India needs is a coach who understands them well, in addition to good coaching technique.Whether Kristen is able to give that is yet to be seen.As we dont want another Guru Greg fiasco
