there are so many gyms in sector 34, named energizer 34 and Carlos or u can opt for suprama opposite to kisan bhawan in 22 its also good. cardio is the best way to loose weight along with a good diet

Is the gym cardio running enough to build the stamina for running or I have to do actual running on the track for a great stamina?
