Calories in calories out! Im an industrial worker, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds and eat a huge amount of mostly fatty food just to maintain my weight. Hell yesterday for dinner I had 6 or 7 slices of pizza, a foot long cheesesteak and 2 orders of fries and like 5 beers and thats one meal out of like 5 for me! I always believed that calories are the same, no mater what the source. Calories measure the energy content of food, and to loose weight you need to burn more energy than you take in. Taking in more calories than you burn will put on weight, no mater what the source of the calories was....i think alone calories is worse eating more than is worst and also burn calories by eating celerals, carrots etc
