hi, the best thing you can do is try and identify the triggers of your anger, you have to realize that you dont get any benefit from getting angry and/or frustrated, another choice i have found very and frustration. Breathe. When you feel yourself getting angry or frustrated, take a deep breath. Take a few. This is an important step that allows you to calm down and do the rest of the things on this list

Think before you leap . You had bettter not to get annoyed even when some one make you angry. Either you dont listen to the persons actions if they are not serious. Other wise leave that place for a never anything harm at him eventhough the persons deeds make you angry.Mutual coperation controls the human life....Every person who has a backbone gets angry . It is natural for any women feel hurt when anyone touch her butt even by chance or without any intention. The women have dignityand decorum is violated.When such thing happens unknowingly one must say i am so sorry so that the fair sex feel not hurt deeper and get offended and humiliated/

Just forget her and leave her alone or ask her to pardon u for ever on the ground that u will be faithfulful to her.Otherwise u will find urself in jail very quickly....You have hurted her trust and it is upto u whether u trully are sorry for it or not, if u are seriously then ask er to give u 1 more

if i were a boy and i would fall in this situation then i believe i would make my galfrnds life better by getting her convinced for marriage...arrange her marriage with a good boy and then handle my responsibilies at home.....you cant afford to sail in two boats at a time...you are bound to fall....
