Lakshmi temple and Velankanni Church are both located in Besant Nagar. But I am not sure about location of the Arrupadai Murugan Koil.They are in Besant Nagar very near to the sea shore. Some how get to Trichy by Train, then U can have bus / taxi to Velaakanni Church, via Tanjaour. Or come to Chennai by train and to Velankanni by bus....U pls do train journy from trivandrum this train and 11.30 am u can reached tanjore city.here after many buses available for velankanni church.its take 2 hours travel from tanjore.1.00pm u can easily reached ur destination.the same day 3.00 pm

...where u live...There are many good churches for the Christians at Chennai. I can recommend two good Churches:1. Santhome Church/Cathedral on Santhome High Road,Mylapore.2. Velankanni Church at Besantnagar.IT DEPENDS WHERE U R PUTTING UP.THERE IS A CHURCH AT BESANT NAGAR WHICH IS QUITE FAMOUS N CROWDED....There are many churches in Chennai I can recommand LUZ church which is built by the frech people

the better choice is Ispahani centre,City centre,same old Spencers,Inox,Sathyam ofcourse,and then everyones all time favourite Marina beach....marina beach, santhome church,...For the Causal its Spencer Shop...theosophical society, Adyar...youare the best to visit in chennai...if u like shopping do visit spencers........inox,if u like movies do visit satyam,inox, abirami complexif u like a calm atmophere do vist besant nagar
