your weight is not too much on higher side, though if u feel that your tummy looks odd, use to wear classic kurta as top on jeans. it will make your appearence good....First of all try loosing weight to suit ur height, U can wear loose tops & do not tuck in ur tsht or top to avoid ur tummy. with your diet , just do apes exercise daily and do jogging , it will reduce......santosh u must have regular excesrie... so that fat developed at tummy must get down.... check in brsik walking .....thread you tummy...Go for swimmimg dude....best work-out....If water is not there for swimming, i mean no pool.....then go for jogging, will help yu a lot....dont mess up with yur diet...eat normal what you eat

try YOGA ASANA from yoga book , under suitable guidence...Use very low healed slippers. Then dont eat junk food.
