If you use copper or brass utensils it is advisable that they should be properly tin coatd. we cannot use metal utensils in the microwave beacuse of its temperature level and the rods which are fitted inside the microwave oven and it can lead to short circut....

With help of used lemons & little salt, you can clean it to shine....Use a metal scrubber or a plastic scrubber with any dish washing soap, vi m powder or liquid to remove the soot....use vin liquid pril,its really effective....For very hard soot dip the base in lime water for a few minutes and then use a metal scrubber or a plastic scrubber with a any dish washing soap or liquid to remove the soot

Using lemon & salt, it removes oxide residues & gives shine to make it look new....Bronze utensils can be cleaned with lemon and salt mix together and rub on it with soft cloth and see the shine. Am not sure. though have heard that its not good but there arent any conslusive studies...it is the best to sue as the metal does not react along with the food...Yes it is safe to have food in aluminium utensils though now a days hardly anyone uses it for eating....Yes it is safe to have food in aluminium utensils. But It is not safe to cook....Yes but it should be neat and clean.
