PARTNER N U WILL FIND FLAT THRU BROKERS ONLY... U CANT REALLY VISIT N FIND ROOM HERE.....well..there r manny hostels here in pune.. u can get a lot of such places near fc road n deccan area, or try Kharadi where you can get houses at a econimical rates on rent....PG in NIGDI, BHEL chowknear SYMBIOSIS LAW COLLEGElotsa PG accomadation available...NO SINGLE ROOM TREND HERE... BETTER FIND SUM
...near kothrud immpossible,in these areas like bavdhan,paud road and chandni chowk the 1bhk rentals r 7000-8000/- usually ,however i can suggest you something.You can get a room on sharing basis here whr u will hv in Bhosari colony and try to share the room with 1-2 person.You will get a good flat in your budget....you can find areas near shaniwar wada.
