Peace of mind is related to or we can say synonymous to ''santosh''. ''Santosh'' means to remain happy with whatever you have in your life and fight out all negative thoughts with the help of positive thoughts. In other way , we can say, to be happy and to get the peace of mind we must control our earthly wants. Remember the story of yayati who borrowed youthful vigour and ability to enjoy life from his young son but he could not satiate his passion even after enjoying it to the full brim for thousand years and lost his peace of mind.
