yea your are right perhaps Urmila is the most neglected character in the Ramayana. Valmikis text mentions her only once, in two lines, to tell us that she was married to Lakshmana. We dont hear imagine Ramayana at present day scinario, Urmila would have divorced Laxmana to live with someone else....wish u were born in that era to take her care!...You are right though every body remember sacrifice

even i feel that it was an injustice done by laxman. sita went with raam becaus she wanted to fulfil the duties of an ideal wife. even urmila had that desire but laxman asked her to fulfil the duties of an ideal daughter in law. it was injustice because a wife would always desire to stay with the husband....Well...
