There is no special puja or ritual by Hindu's for this specific purpose, but just a thanksgiving prayer for the accomplishment and for a brighter future.

stingy talis:as far i do know, i dont know there is some poooja for that, just light a Diya, and thank god for every thing he has given, and dont forget to take the blessings of parents

Atul:not as such ritual, but he/she must go to temple and any elder family member do tilak and give sweet while going for new job, he/she took bless from parents and elders.nothing else.
