Some one is trying to feed you with wrong information, do not bite it. Lord Ram was for loving all those who went into his 'sharan'., submitted him/herself to him. Barring this, no love of another kind could be associated with Him.

If you mean it to be romance then you are mistaken. Lord Rama's incarnation was for love to all. His was a life that was unparalled then and now.
Maybe you meant Lord Krishna. But, there again the Love life of Krishna was something that is beyond expression.
Lord Rama is called Maryada Purushottam while Lord Krishna is called Leela Purushottam.
