It is better to work with big organization always. Basically, there would be no problems with your salary and other facilities. A cog in the wheel is a proverb and it is true. wen he is in gud mood jus say u want a salary hike.if he says wait 4 nxt appraisal in six months ok.else search 4 new job with more salary.when u get appointment show him u r leaving if no hike from money to your boss. class service from govt. organisations if we cant pay them a world class salary...it is mainly a problem with policy makers and the state as well as central govts.they dont look for change and want to continue with same mental set up which has brough corruption, attrition and laziness in govt. system. it should be performance oriented but not on the cost of low salary.if we want to get work done
