tickets online for what = movie, train reservation first plz clear your question,

In movie ticket if you blocked any ticket via phone then he gives you a number (eg. 45415) ticket or some thing like that so you can give them call n request for cancellation. & if you have blocked your online tickets for train then surely u have done already payment at that time and want to cancel then the same procedure for cancellation by online and may be they'll deduct 20-40rs and rest amount will come on ur card.

If you have book the railway ticket then you have to cancell it from the counter only
