Do you mean conversation in phone (mobile)?
Suppose you are using Symbian OS based phone (example Nokia 6120 Classic or many others, you could try using software such as 'Total Recall 'to record all your mobile phone conversations. Just be sure to set the recording quality to 'low' or both parties may hear beeps wile recording. Beeps are really important here.
