Sit cross legged, breathe deeply and stare at ceiling until eyes are a bit tired then close eyes. then try and relax each part of the body, once relaxed thing of tranquil images, nice natural scenes, feel the scene are real, like you are there and it is peaceful. then tell yourself you are going deeper, deeper down down , repeat a few times, then put in your mind whatever you want to program
