well,you have mentioned he is 4 years younger than you,i dont think that should be a reason to not have sex with him if he is an adult,if you are close and comfortable with him then it should be fine.

you dont need to do so, cus this the age of attraction towards all these, but thing is that anyone dont have right to touch you without your permission,and every one have their dignity. Think of your family's respect and their moral values cus your parents trust you. You will betray them and yourself too.After your marriage would you be able to tell your husband about it?If you have guts then tell your parents about it and lets see the reaction. decision is yours.

Its ok to have sex with a younger partner as far as he or she has attained adulthood. But be prepared psychiologically as some people feel guilty after first experience & often have psychological problems.
So prepare yourself & understand your sexual needs first & then decide.
