Listen to music this is oneway, the other way is try to findout why u / what made u sad & find the solution for that this is the good way to find happiness. for every act there will be reason thing is we should understand all best. One more thing is our sadness help us to know the value of our happiness. so enjoy all kind of up & downs in life. wishes for ever.

Here are some tips to make you happy while you are sad:

- Sneak out of your window and see the clouds.....the scenery....now try to concentrate on the nature outside and calm your mind...this way you will find relaxation and happiness will start through.

- Just go out of your house and go in for a short walk.... walk slowly through the streets.....see the children playing in the streets....the cows or any other animals on the streets.....observe them while you keep walking..... if possible..... plug in your mp3 player while walking... this will help you reduce your sadness and increase your happiness

- Just close your eyes slowly.....imagine and visualize that you are in middle of an empty room with no furniture or fixtures.....now visualize creating a fire in one corner of the room.....now visualize taking your sadness/worries from your mind and dump/through it in the fire you created.....Visualize that your sadness is being burnt into ashes.....now clean up the fire....... and open your eyes slowly..... you will find your mind being relaxed and calm.... thus happiness gaining momentum.

Try to consider you are luckier than those who are suffering more sadness than you. Cheer up the collegues and thick positively. Compare your problem with other big problems which are facing by the common man.
