Hi I am an Engineer by qualification I am confused what to do a job or join my family business...?  

It is not easy to set up a business. You have it ready on a platter. Join the family business. Unless your engineering does not relate to the business. If you want to work for some years and see the struggle there, do it. But do come back to your business. John 9867407849

i know that will be not your fild..

you are an engineer..you will get good job....and you would love to do that

but at the end of the day all the thing matter is the money i m sure you will earn more from your family business...

and in today's comipitive world...business is the safest way to earn max profit

It depends on the factor that which is better choice for u and your future.and also discuss it with your family about what to do?But if you are getting a very good job which is more beneficial for you rather than business then go for it.Also job has a time limit, then you can spend your time with your family too which is also very essential.But if the family business is also having the same conditions like time,money and need. then go for that ,your parents will be happy to see u as a part of it.......all the best/....

my best suggestion is do a job for few years depending upon ur branch. then help ur dad. this way u will b appreciated for ur work in business n not treated as a kid. but if you r ultimately going to join ur dad take up a job (medium or large scale co.) which will enhance ur future

If you get a job go for it . Try it out for 2-3 years. Later on you can always join your family business. Then you will be able to make your won choice. All the best !
