u can go in casual as well...but depends on which interview u r attending..

It is a false notion that girls, specially should wear exposing dresses to lure the interviewers in their favour. However, for an interview what u strongly need is self-confidence, determination and zeal to face the life's challenges. This is true for all ages not only a particular one. Always remember God has given women more power than men; men may be physically strong but women are emotionally & spiritually. Dont mis-interprete or misuse these talents. Use them to win...
