wake up early in the morning, do aasan and pranayam. avoid eating food with fats and fried food. and avoid meat if u have it. drink luke warm water with lemon in the morning...1 avoid spicy ,oily, non-veg food.2wake up early in morning & go for walk at least 3 km daily.3if possible do SURYA-NAMASKAR.do this for 1 month & tell me what happened.dont go any where that will waste your time & money
